Starter - Pea, mint and Spring Onion Soup (can be made VE on request)

Main - Purple Sprouting Broccoli and Cherry Tomato Tart (VE)

The second of the trio of end of season events has just concluded with the AGM.

As outlined in the Formal Notice, voting this year can either be done in person at the AGM or by proxy (proxy nominations to be submitted to secretary@millwallrugby.com by 13:00 on Wednesday 11th May

Sat 14 May – AGM (Registration will be between 11:15 and 12:00).

You don’t need to be a politician heading down to Westminster to have a say, you can do this at our club by participating in the upcoming AGM.

Voting, standing, showing up - however you do it, it all counts.

The deadline to announce your intention to stand before the day is fast approaching - 30/04.

Although standing on the day for positions is permitted this year, self-nominating beforehand is encouraged.

Key dates

Fri 29 April– Deadline to have an eligible membership to be able to stand/vote/attend.

Sat 30 April– All nominations to be submitted to Secretary (secretary@millwallrugby.com) in writing by 5pm and to include a brief summary of why you are standing for the role.

w/c 2 May– Nominees List and further guidance to be circulated.

Wed 11 May – Proxy nominations to be submitted to the Secretary by 1pm.

Sat 14 May – AGM (Registration will be between 11:15 and 12:00).

 Dear Millwallians,

After the success of Saturday we have decided to extend the feel good vibes to the Annual Dinner.

In recognition of the continued support of the club members we are subsidising the Annual
Dinner tickets and are now offering the early bird tickets at £60 per member and £70 for non-members.

Those of you that have already purchased the tickets at the higher price will be refunded asap.
