Dear Millwallians,
With the latest Government announcement regarding the easing of restrictions, we are glad to confirm that Millwall RFC will be holding its Annual General Meeting in person at the clubhouse this year.
This is your chance to have a say in the running of our club. You will hear from the Chairman, Treasurer, as well as elect the club's management committee and other non-committee posts for S2021/22.
If you want to participate in the AGM, whether it be by vote, attendance or standing for a position you will need to have an eligible membership. The following categories are classed as voting members: current members, Sponsors, Coaches, Life Members, Hon Life Members and Founders.
As outlined in the Formal Notice, voting this year can either be done in Absentia (to be submitted to secretary@millwallrugby.com by 17:00 on Tuesday 20th July) or in person at the AGM (there will be no proxy votes on the day). You will find attached the key information you need to know including the Nominees List if you would like to vote in Absentia.
Note that, as set out in the formal notice, standing on the day will only be possible for positions for which there are no current nominees.
For more information on the AGM - click here to take you to the club's info page.
The Annual General Meeting will take place Saturday 24th July 2021 12pm.
Details of whether this will take place in the clubhouse or online will be circulated w/c 12th July.

Following on from the recent games at Kings Cross Steelers and Bancroft we start the bank holiday with a men’s friendly 28/05.
KO -19:30 at Barking. Go Millwall!
Thanks to the great tradition of Bank Holiday weather being very un barbecue like, touch has been moved forward to a 15:00 start to avoid the predicted deluge.
