This year's Men’s Tour we will be heading to Budapest.

This price does not include flights (or coach...) to and from Budapest, as this is left up to individuals to fit into their own schedule (or budget...). However, we have provided some recommendations. Please read the following information carefully and make sure you understand it, as the sooner we get an accurate idea of numbers and when people are arriving, the sooner we can lock in bookings.
I personally recommend taking Friday off work and flying in on the evening of Thursday 21st May. [{ Suggested flight: Wizz Air 21/05 20:35 London Luton - 22/05 00:05 Budapest }] There is also a flight from City airport on the Thursday night that a few tourists are already booked on. [[ Suggested flight: Lot Airways 21/05 19:35 London City - 21/05 22:55 Budapest ]] NOTE: If you arrive on Thursday you will also need to pay for an extra night in the hostel as this is not included in the base price, however it will only be around £15. If enough people choose this option we can look into making a group booking, however if it is only a handful it will be left up to individuals.
If you are unable to get the Friday off, then you can still fly in on Friday evening. There are a number of return flights from Budapest on the afternoon of Monday 25th. [[ Suggested flight: Wizz Air 25/05 15:15 Budapest - 25/05 16:55 London Luton ]]
Transport from the airport to the city runs all night, is dirt cheap, and the hostel has 24 hour check in so don’t worry about getting in late.
For accommodation I am currently looking to get a couple of rooms with a total capacity of 26 people. However, judging by early interest we might surpass this. The question is by how many? Because of this please let us know your interest and plans ASAP, as we need to know if we should get another room, and it is always easier to cancel beds than it is to pick up a few beds last minute in random rooms.
For the matter of money, a dedicated tour account has been set up in order to fund our adventures, so please contact Stumpy for him to send you the details (we do not publish bank details on line to reduce fraud)
Obviously if you are able to, please pay the £160 as early as possible. However if you are not able to do this, we will be requiring the first £60 by the end of Feb, £50 by the end of March, and £50 by the end of April. Missing these deadlines is not exactly fair on your fellow tourists, as it means they will be footing your bill, and you will be pestered relentlessly by myself and the other Tour committee until you are paid up.
